The Monastery is a great place to have your special event. We've hosted occasions such as birthday's, anniversary, class reunions, divorce parties, services, receptions, corporate events and even weddings. There are several areas we can reserve exclusively for you.

Monastery Reservation Office Hours

Monday through Friday 11am - 5pm

This area is adjacent to the inside main bar and connects to the downstairs patio with access to the outside palapa bar. There also 2 large flat screen TV's. This area accommodates approximately 30 people. If weather may be a factor, this may be your preference. 

This area accommodates approximately 100 -125 people under our shaded palapa. Seating is round banquet tables that seat 4-6 people each. The tables can be pulled together as required.  In the summer it includes fans and misters, and during the winter months it includes both gas and propane heaters.

This area is under the first palapa closest to the outside palapa bar and can accommodate approximately 65-75 people but can accommodate up to 200 by using surrounding grass area. Seating is 2-4 person cafe style tables. It is adjacent to the first volleyball court.  

This area is under the second palapa and can accommodate approximately 30 people. Seating is 2-4 person cafe style tables. It is adjacent to the volleyball court.

This area is under the third palapa and can accommodate approximately 100-125 people. Seating is 2-4 person cafe style tables. It is adjacent to the volleyball court on the East side.   

This area sits underneath the large tree close to the entrance. It is adjacent to the kids volleyball, ping pong table, and sand box. This area accommodates approximately 50 people. Seating is 2-4 person cafe style tables and picnic tables.   

Seats 25-30 max, adjacent to cook your own grill (but you don’t have to!). Good view of the stage from the side. Gas firepit and 3 heaters to keep you comfy in the winter, palapa umbrellas in the summer. 

We accept reservations for groups of 20 or more. Email the Monastery's Reservation office at monasterypartyreservations@gmail.com.

1. Arizona Law  REQUIRES ANYONE under the age of 21 MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A PARENT AT ALL TIMES and may remain on the premises until 8pm. After 8pm 21+ ONLY. No Exceptions! 
2. Arizona Law Requires that NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK MAYBE BE BROUGHT INSIDE THE PREMISES. This includes Water Bottles, or any gift baskets containing any type of Beer, Wine or Spirits. Cakes and Cupcakes are the only exception permitted for your event.
3. You may decorate to your heart's content, but no confetti or confetti balloons are permitted!
